Hosted AdSense account is one that you signup for using YouTube, Blogger and other Google services. You (or anyone else) are allowed to have only one AdSense account, so you can use this single account to generate money from other websites or non-hosted sites too. All you need is to follow Google policies and terms.

Host partner website
Host partners allow you to monetize the content you create on their websites by linking it to your AdSense account. If you're associated with an AdSense host partner, you'll see their name listed on the Third party access page of your account, in the "Access and authorization" section, under "Settings".
